By accessing or using G Store (the marketplace), you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the marketplace.
G Store acts as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers of virtual game assets and services. We do not own or control the listed items. All transactions are between buyers and sellers directly.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to trade any accounts, items, currency, or services listed or purchased. Users must comply with all applicable game publisher terms of service.
All payments are held in protected escrow until the buyer confirms delivery. Platform commission fees are disclosed at checkout. Sellers receive payout after buyer acceptance or admin review.
Disputes are handled through our protected support ticket system. Admin review is final. Chargebacks or payment reversals may result in account suspension.
Users may not list stolen accounts, items obtained through unauthorized means, or any real-world goods or services not related to gaming.
G Store provides the marketplace platform on an as-is basis. We are not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers, game publisher actions, or loss of virtual assets.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the marketplace constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
